A. Identifiers & contact information

B. Loan inquiry & application information
Information you provide about your loan needs (such as purchase/refinance goals), property and residency information, employment and income details, and documents you upload.
If you proceed to a full loan application, you may be directed to a secure third-party application portal. That portal may collect additional information needed to complete a mortgage application (and its privacy practices may be governed by its own policy).
C. Credit and financial information
Depending on your request and stage in the process, we may obtain or use information from consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus) and other sources, as permitted by law.
D. Internet and device information
IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referral URLs, pages viewed, and other usage data. We may collect this through cookies and similar technologies.
E. Approximate location information
We may infer your general location (for example, city/state) from your IP address. We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation unless you explicitly authorize it through a device permission prompt (and if we do, we will provide appropriate notice).

Records of communications (emails, texts, calls), marketing preferences, and opt-in/opt-out or consent status.
